Dear Todd~
You love cookies right? Not just fudge striped
ones....here's some even YOU can make yourself at home. Without baking or
anything. Best thing is you can keep the ingredients in your cabinet in
case you get the munchies, or something.
Check them out. I love this recipe because I get the
munchies and make them a lot.

Rob's No Bake Chocolate Cookies
-
1 can Pillsbury Ready To Spread Chocolate Mocha
Frosting Supreme
-
2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
-
¼ cup Butter, softened
-
1 cup ground nuts (I use pecans, you can use
whatever you prefer)
-
1-½ oz. cream cheese, softened
Measure out and set aside ¼ cup frosting.
In a
large bowl, combine remaining frosting, crumbs, butter, nuts. Blend well.
Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and immediately roll balls in ground
nuts. With finger, make indention in center of each ball. Place in a single
layer in a 12 x 9 inch pan.
In a
small bowl, blend reserved frosting and cream cheese until smooth.
Spoon ¼ teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into indentation of each ball.
Store covered in refrigerator or eat them all right then and there. Makes 3
to 4 dozen cookies.

Dear Todd,
With all the fancy shmancy things
I cook for my family, go figure that THIS easy recipe is
one of their all time favorites. Seriously though, it
IS really good and cheap!
Bonus.
My name is Agent 34-24-34 and I
live in L.A. This recipe is a keeper because it rocks.
Love, Robyn Hardisty
Rob's
Rice & Beans
- 1 Hillshire Farms (or whatever
brand) 14 oz. BEEF keilbasa sausage
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. MAHATMA Red
Beans & Rice (it's in a maroon & gold bag, near the Rice
A Roni and stuff)
Cut the long sausage into 1 inch
segments. Fry them in a little oil in a skillet until
they are browned (about 10 minutes on medium heat)
Meanwhile make the rice and bean
package as it directs on the bag.
When the rice & beans are ready
add the sausage and toss to mix. So easy and SO good.
*Last time I had half a rotisserie
chicken and I shredded that, and added it with the
sausage. It was really good.
I'd do that again if I happen
to have some leftover chicken next time...
