Hey Todd--
I've noticed that there haven't been new recipes for a while. Here
is one I've been enjoying---
I call them
hamburgers that don't suck the day(s) after you make them
Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
a big handful bread crumbs
1 egg
sprinkle in:
onion powder
salt
pepper
GROUND SAGE (add a lot--key ingredient)
garlic powder
Mix it all up---make 4 patties.
Cook the patties in a pan (I use castiron but you can use any pan).
Eat 1 a day for 4 days. It will still taste good on the 4th day! I
swear!
