Hey Todd--

I've noticed that there haven't been new recipes for a while.  Here is one I've been enjoying---

I call them

hamburgers that don't suck the day(s) after you make them

Ingredients:

1 lb. lean ground beef
a big handful bread crumbs
1 egg
sprinkle in:
onion powder
salt
pepper
GROUND SAGE (add a lot--key ingredient)
garlic powder

Mix it all up---make 4 patties.

Cook the patties in a pan (I use castiron but you can use any pan).

Eat 1 a day for 4 days.  It will still taste good on the 4th day!  I swear!

Hi tOdd!

I'm making up for never having submitted anything before by submitting two things in one day.  Here's a tasty recipe for Tuesday:

Yummy Czech Bread Spread

My husband and I make this every New Years Eve, and on other special occasions, for parties, etc.

Finely grated Gouda (Grate it yourself using a box grater - the medium-sized holes - or the fine grating blade for your food processor.)
Finely grated garlic (Don't use a garlic press.  It works better if you grate it the same way you grate the cheese.  And use as much or as little as you want.)
Mayonnaise (Use at least enough to bind the cheese and garlic together into something you can spread on bread and crackers.)

Mix it up and enjoy!  If it's too strong the first day, stick it in the fridge.  It mellows out over a day or so.
