Hi Todd, As I'm sure you always hear; I love your website!
I like this recipe because it's quick, easy and could also be taken to someone's house or stay at home and gorge!

My recipe is called Chilly Cheese Dip.
One can of Nallie's Chilly (I like the original flavor but you could go with the Spicy)
One package of Cream Cheese
One cup of grated Medium Cheddar Cheese (Tillamook is the best on the West Coast)
Unwrap and put the Cream Cheese in a Microwave safe bowl, open and pour the can of Chilly on top,
sprinkle the Cheddar Cheese over the whole thing and nuke it until it's nice and bubblely,
you can add a dash of Tabasco while you're stirring it up.
Serve with Tortilla chips and enjoy!

Crispy Egg Tortilla

What ya need:

Software--
3 eggs
2 slices of cheese (I've only made it with Provalone, but any other kind will work)
1 tortilla shell
butter/margarin

Hardware--
2 frying pans  (if you can figure a way to make this with one pan go for it)
butter knife
spatula

How to Make:

Melt butter in one of the frying pans enough so as to coat the pan. scrambel up your eggs, and throw them in the pan. cook until the eggs are done to your enjoyment and turn off heat.

Spread butter onto ONE side of the tortilla shell and place into your second pan to crisp up. Once the tortilla is almost done place a piece of cheese onto one half of the tortilla.

Take the egg from the first pan and put it on top of the cheese on the tortilla, that is in the second pan. Put another piece of cheese on top of the egg and fold the tortilla over on itself (making a kind of egg taco)

Let the tortilla-egg cook a little longer until the cheese has melted, and then eat!

Why I like this---

It's fairly easy, very veritile (you can put all kinds of stuff in with you eggs) and of course it's
yumm-ay

-Hope you like it todd, if you don't post it, at least try it

Todd-
I was eating dinner last night an happened upon what I believe to be the ultimate recipe. I share it with you here, in advance of its publishing as part of my combination cookbook and memoirs called "My Memoirs and a Bunch of Recipes". The books should be out sometime soon -- probably right after I do some stuff worth writing about. In any case, here it is. Try to keep up.

Captain Crunch and Gummie Worms

- 1 large bowl* of Captain Crunch cereal
- Approximately 3/4 pint of milk**
- 1/2 bag of Gummie Worms

Step One: fill bowl with Captain Crunch
Step Two: Add milk
Step Three: Crunch
Step Four: Crunch
Step Five: Crunch
Step Six: Eat Gummie
Step Seven: Repeat until full
Step Eight: Enjoy sugar coma

* The largest bowl you can comfortably hold under your chin for the duration of the meal.

** Milk quantities will vary based on the size of your bowl, but you should be careful never to under milk Captain Crunch as it can lead to serious mouth-roof abrasions. In conclusion, please note that the above recipe is complemented nicely by bong hits. As is your site. And unemployment. As far as where I'm from and why I like it, I'm from Boston and I like this recipe because I'm tired of Mac and Cheese.
