Hi Todd.
I didn't actually come up with this recipe so I'll credit the gal who did. She's
my friend's wife. Her name's Jessica.
One night she got to feeling creative and whiped up what I like to call
"Jessica's Tuna Wraps".
First mix up some tuna salad. Set it aside.
Next take a Burrito wrap (I prefer whole wheat) and cover it with fresh spinich.
Plop a glob of the tuna salad in the center.
Wrap it up.
Eat it up.
This is a great summer dish when you don't want something too heavy or hot
because of the sticky weather, but still want something satisfying and not
boring. Most people have everthing they need already save the fresh spinich and
it's fast, easy, and very filling.
Hope the people like it!
Micah

Here's a tasty recipe for your BBQ (or not) that will have your homies smiling. It's cheesy corn on the cob. Mmmmmmmm. I live in Los Angeles, and love this because I came from Iowa, and Iowa knows corn. Check it out. Robyn Hardisty Agent 34-24-34
Cheesy Corn on the Cob
6 ears corn 1 stick butter, softened
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 pkg. cheese sauce mix (like the pkg. in a blue box of Mac & Cheese)
Preheat grill or light oven to 35o degrees F.
Shuck ears of corn.
In a small bowl, combine: Butter, chili powder, and cheese mix.
Spread on corn and wrap each ear in foil.
Grill covered, 15 to 20 minutes, turning every five minutes to avoid burning.
If you are roasting them in the oven, you do not need to turn them at all.
