MR. D's BEER HALL PIE Per Pie 1 lb Hamburger Meat 3T Ketchup 1T Salt 1/4 T Pepper 2 T Bisquick 2 Eggs 1 cup Cottage Cheese Pie Shell In a sauce pan brown 1 lb of hamburger and onions. To that add ketchup, salt & pepper. Once this is cooked through add Bisquick to thicken remove from heat. In a small bowl combine eggs and cottage cheese stir together until mixed through. Spoon the meat mixture into pie shell and top with egg & cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes I like to add pepper flakes to give it a little kick. I also like to add garlic. Mostly b/c everything I make has garlic in it. Enjoy! KK

Dear Todd~ Do we have enough cocktail recipes?? I thought not. Here's two "guaranteed to get you lucky" recipes. Don't think so....try them. LIMEADE & LOVE:
6 bottles COLD beer (nothing dark, don't go to cheap) 1 can frozen limeade concentrate (like Minute Maid, or something) 1 lime cut into wheels Pour beer into a big pitcher. Add limeade and stir to mix. Allow foam to settle. Add lime wheels to pitcher for fanciness. Pour into chilled glasses and serve. :)
TAKE YOUR PANTS OFF COCKTAIL
1 bottle Riesling wine (750 ml), chilled 1 can (15 oz.) peaches in heavy syrup, sliced 1/2 cup Cointreau (sp?) liqueur 1/2 cup orange juice 1/3 cup sugar 1 orange--sliced for garnish In a big pitcher, combine wine, peaches (with syrup), liqueur, oj, and sugar. Stir well. Add slices to pitcher. Cover tightly and chill for 1 hour. Pour & serve in a bikini. :) Well, it couldn't hurt. Right?

This recipe grosses out my friends, but when you are home sick and have little in your fridge, this hits the spot. I suppose it's healthy???
V8 Soup
1 Can V8 1 Bouillon Cube Mix 'em up. Heat 'em up. Eat 'em up. I suppose you could add veggies or pasta but if I'm feeling up to that effort, I sure as heck ain't eating V8 soup! Becky in Tejas
