Hi Odd Todd,
Here is a recipe for a cool sandwitch, you can make this if you have a George Forman Grill
2 pieces of bread, any type you like
spread the slices with butter on one side
heat up your george forman, when it is ready
put one slice (side w/the butter) on grill
add your favourite cheese, meat, such as ham, salami, bacon
put the other side on the sandwitch and press the grill lid down.
Check it after about 2 mins, so you don't burn it.
Take it off the grill when ready and enjoy! Don't burn your mouth..
People here in LA pay big bucks for these kind of sandwitches, now you can in your own home!
Todd as always, thanks for this opportunity to share my cooking skills with others.
Take care & Hugs,
Dawn in Burbank

Hi Todd,
Here's a recipe you can do almost anything with. It's for homemade Alfredo sauce, and once you taste this, you will be done with the dry packaged Alfredos, and the jarred stuff forever! Toss any cooked, drained pasta with it, throw in the leftover stuff you've got --heat up --and yum--it's Dinner Alfredo. I like it because it's a great thing to toss your leftovers in--I hate to waste stuff. You will love it for the same reason--and because it's good. I live in Los Angeles. :) Robyn Hardisty (agent 34-24-34)
HOMEMADE ALFREDO SAUCE: (1 serving)
1/2 cup real butter, no other stuff
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (in the little lunchroom-size cartons @ the market)
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, the fresher the better your sauce will taste
1/2 teaspoon salt dash of pepper
Heat butter and whipping cream in a skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until butter is melted and it starts to bubble. Reduce heat to low, and simmer for 6 minutes, stirring often, until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in cheese, salt & pepper. Toss with your favorite cooked, drained pasta. You can add sauted, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, peppers, strips of leftover cooked meat, broccoli, ham cubed up, leftover chicken--cut up....etc....your possibilities are endless.
TRY IT :) @2007RKH

Hi Coolio Todd, I think I would inform the readers on the fish recipe for Black Drum Fish posted on 4/4/05 When a drum fish get too big, they get worms in the meat. Not only does the meat get real tuff the older the fish gets. But the worms even after cooked tastes bad and prolly will turn your stomache way before the cooking process. Kinda like Fear Factor except you dont win $50k for eating them. Sincerely, A Floridian Fan
