Dear Todd,
Now that's it's Spring and time for picnics and BBQs, here's a recipe for a really tasty Chicken Pasta Salad.  My girlie, Tina, makes it and everyone loves it.  You will too.
I live in Los Angeles and love picnics on the beach & BBQs!

TINAs TASTY CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

1 bag/box of sprial pasta (about 9 or 10 oz.) boil it up as directed and drain well
4 stalks of celery chopped up
4 carrots, also chopped up
1 package HIDDEN VALLEY DRESSING MIX (the dry stuff in the envelope)
--mix it up as directed on the package (it's way better than the bottled dressing)
1 package TYSON fully cooked chicken strips (from your meat dept.)

Mix all of it up in a large bowl, cover tightly, and refrigerate overnight if you've got the time.  I've made it and eaten it right away and it's still really good.  /rkh2007

Hi Todd!

I was really into Juice Newton - I think I still have that vinyl stashed
somewhere. Playing with the Queen of Hearts was a favorite of
mine....back in the day before you could look up the lyrics to any
song....I distinctly remember faking most of that one...I almost don't
wan't to find out. It's kind of like "wrapped up like a douche, another
runner in the night".....

Unfortunately I have an old laptop (really old) and can't play video
clips without major stoppages and pauses, so that video makes even less
sense on my computer. Moustaches suck! How could they ever have been
considered attractive?

Your cartoons are the best! I love the way you intersplice the music.
The halloween tunes were really funny - I liked the one in poetry cheese
the best! I think the motherload episode in the bar with the loreena
freak is classic...the whole bartender bit is hilarious..."you do that,
pancake" is a regular part of my day now. as well as "wood you like to
sample ssssome?"

You are a funny man!

Jennifer

Here's a recipe you can almost always make no matter how bare your cupboard:

NUTTY SPAGHETTI

several large blobs of peanut butter (crunchy is better)
one small chopped onion
salt and curry powder to taste
water
cooked spaghetti

While you boil the water and cook the pasta, chop the onion into small
pieces. Put the pieces in a pan with a little water to cover them, put a
lid on the pan and steam/sautee the onion until it is cooked (you can
use oil if you want, but since you are going to use blobs of pb, you may
as well skip that). Then put the blobs of peanut butter into the pan
with the onion, and add some water and kind of mix it to gether until
you get a saucy paste. Add the salt and curry powder. Presto! Instant
peanut sauce. Toss with the pasta et voila! Carbo fix!

So here's some awesome strawberry sauce I invented one night. It comes out
all syrupy and sweet, but not sickeningly so. I call it...uh... Multi
Purpose Strawberry Sauce! Keep in mind all measurements are approximate,
I've never actually measured it. If you're a cook, you might be better off
eyeballing it yourself. These measurements will almost definitely work,
though.

Half a stick of butter
About a cup of sugar
3-8 frozen strawberries (Use your own judgment, it varies a lot because there are tiny and giant strawberries.)
A teaspoon or two of vanilla extract (Optional, varies according to personal taste.)
Sprinkling of cinnamon (Optional, but tasty. Don't dump it in, just a couple shakes will do it.)
I'd assume some sort of strong alcoholic beverage would mix in well
(Untested.)

Start with a saucepan on low heat. Put in the ingredients in the order
listed, stirring them together as they melt enough to allow it. Make sure
you start breaking the strawberries up when they get soft so the whole
things melt. It's done when it's a soup with chunks of strawberry in it, and
it's hot.

It's pretty versatile stuff. It would work great as pancake syrup, topping
for something like brownies, something to put in ice cream, and whatever
else. Go wild.

Hey Todd,
I just made this easy recipe.  It's gooooooood.  Dudes will love this.  You girlies too.  :)  Check it out.  Kielbasa (sausage) never had it so good.  I would serve this sliced into bite size pieces at a party also.  It'd be great with cold beer.  I live in L.A. and love to cook!
